Service Description

• You’ll have a 1-2 hour online consultation with me where we’ll look at your health history and start to identify some of the possible root causes of what you’re currently struggling with. • You’ll have a full nutritional evaluation of your current diet. • You’ll receive a bespoke eating plan created for you that will focus on foods, drinks and supplements that can boost your overall health and specifically target the areas you are struggling with. • We’ll look to identify emotional and/or lifestyle factors that are causing excess stress and could be affecting your health and vibrancy at this time. • You’ll be given some ‘Happy Homework’ tasks that can help address areas of your life that are causing you stress and affecting your health and overall happiness. • You’ll be given comprehensive notes that you can refer back to whenever you feel your health or sparkle flagging . • You’ll receive a weekly check in email from me for 4 weeks following our call to see how you’re getting on, answer any questions you have and troubleshoot anything that’s stopping your sparkle from soaring!
