Service Description

The Total Sparkle Package • You’ll have a 1-2 hour online consultation with me where we’ll look at what you’re currently struggling with and where you want to get to in life. • You’ll have a full nutritional evaluation of your current diet to see if there are any foods/drinks that could be contributing to feelings of unhappiness/a lack of vibrancy. • You’ll receive a bespoke eating plan created for you that will focus on foods, drinks and supplements that will boost your overall health, energy and mood. • We’ll look to identify the emotional and/or lifestyle factors that are the biggest obstacles to your current and future happiness. • You’ll be given some ‘Happy Homework’ tasks that will help address some of the biggest areas of your life that are affecting your sparkle and overall happiness. • You’ll be given comprehensive notes that you can refer back to whenever you feel your health or sparkle flagging. • You’ll receive a weekly check in email from me for 4 weeks following our call to see how you’re getting on, answer any questions you have and troubleshoot anything that’s stopping your sparkle from soaring!
