What can you expect?
We’ll have a 60-90 minute consultation (either face to face or online), which is basically an in-depth chat about what you’re struggling with; how you’re currently feeling and how you’d like to feel. We’ll look holistically at your life and take into account your diet, work, relationships and anything else that could be affecting you not feeling your absolute best. We’ll set some goals of where you’d like to get to by the end of our session together.
Within 7 days of your consultation you’ll get personalised notes giving you any diet, supplement and lifestyle suggestions that I think will help you feel happier, healthier, more hormonally balanced and begin to reach the goals that you’ve set.
You’re free to book any follow-up sessions, but I ask that unless it’s urgent, you wait 3-4 weeks after your initial consultation to digest/implement some of your notes before we meet/chat again.
