You’ll have a 1-2 hour online consultation with me where we’ll look to identify some of the root causes of what you’re currently struggling with.
You’ll have a full nutritional evaluation of your current diet.
You’ll receive a bespoke eating plan created for you that will focus on foods, drinks and supplements that can boost your health, rebalance your hormones and optimise your energy levels.
We’ll look to identify emotional and/or lifestyle factors that could be causing excess stress and affecting your hormones.
You’ll be given some ‘Happy Homework’ tasks that will help address any areas of your life that are causing you stress and affecting your hormones and overall happiness.
You’ll be given comprehensive notes that you can refer back to whenever you feel your health or sparkle flagging.
You’ll receive a weekly check in email from me for 4 weeks following our call to see how you’re getting on, answer any questions you have and troubleshoot anything that’s stopping your sparkle from soaring!
