• You’ll have a 1 hour online consultation with me where we’ll look to identify some of the biggest causes of what’s preventing you from feeling happy in yourself and life. • You’ll get a brief overview of what in your diet could be causing you to have a low mood/struggle with energy. • You’ll receive an email with suggested supplements to help boost your energy and/or mood. • We’ll look to identify emotional and/or lifestyle factors that could be causing you to feel unhappy with yourself and/or life and talk about the best ways you can start overcoming them.
