• You’ll have a 1 hour online consultation with me where we’ll look to identify some of the root causes of what you’re currently struggling with. • You’ll get an overview of what’s likely not working for your hormonal happiness in your current diet. • You’ll receive an email with suggested supplements to boost your body and balance your hormones. • We’ll look to identify emotional and/or lifestyle factors that could be causing you excess stress and affecting your hormones. • You’ll be given tips on how to change/reduce the things in your lifestyle that could be disrupting your hormones.
